Question Title Does isCOBOL provide GUI design support?

Yes! It's easy to design and generate fully graphical screen programs using the WYSIWYG Screen editor in the isCOBOL IDE.
The IDE includes several other content editors make your GUI screen design problem free; for example, there are graphical editors for working storage, linkage, data file handling, and a service bridge generation for REST/SOAP services.

The IDE will help you quickly design and release fully functioning graphical screen programs that run not only on Windows but on any GUI capable workstation (Mac, Linux, etc.) as long as a JVM is properly installed on it.
The usual deployment for our customers is as Windows clients in a distributed installation with the server in a variety of environments (Windows server, Linux, Unix).

These same IDE-created GUI programs can also be run in a browser with an isCOBOL WebClient runtime without any modifications.
