What is the best way to control Microsoft Word?

Suppose my program controls Microsoft Word to do a Mail Merge. How do I do this with isCOBOL?

To control Microsoft Word or to perform OLE automation, isCOBOL requires a third-party product that allows Java applications to be integrated with COM/OLE/OCX/ActiveX libraries, and exposes Java objects as COM objects.

There are a number of free products available that do this. We have tested ComfyJ, a commercial product without runtime licensing fees.
