How do I resolve the error 'Application Blocked by Java Security' working with jnlp?

This has been an issue with later builds of Java beginning with version 1.7.0_51 and later.

Opening control panel-> java on the window client machine.

To avoid the java security working with java 1.7.x there are two different way:
- reduce the security level to medium
or
- add the site to the exception site list

2)Working with java 1.8.0_25
To avoid the java security there is only one way:
- add the site to the exception site list
