Question Title How can I move controls into or out of a frame?

Draw or drag-and-drop a frame on top of the other controls. Then you can draw a rubber band rectangle around the frame and move the frame with the controls as a group.

If you want to select or move controls that are contained in the frame then select the frame, right-click on it, and "Send to Back".
