webclient and webclient-admin usage

The webclient command and the webclient-admin command have the following options:

run	Run the service keeping the console busy
start	Run the service without taking the console busy
stop	Stop the service
restart	Restart the service
status	Show the status of the service

You have to be root in order to use these commands.
