No-Cell-Drag
When this style is set, the following events are not fired: MSG-BEGIN-DRAG, MSG-GOTO-CELL-DRAG and MSG-END-DRAG. This style overrides the iscobol.gui.grid.no_cell_drag (boolean) * configuration property.
