This event is fired when an item in the Chips-Box is being removed because the user clicked on the x icon of the item.

The EVENT-DATA-1 data item contains the ID of the item that is being removed.

Setting EVENT-ACTION to EVENT-ACTION-FAIL allows you to invalidate the user action and keep the item in the Chips-Box.
