MSG-MOUSE-EXIT

This event is fired when the mouse pointer is moved out of the area of Chips-Box items, so when the mouse pointer is moved either outside the Chips-Box boundaries or over the Chips-Box’s empty area.

This event is fired only if the Chips-Box control has the Notify-Mouse style.
