The Veryant ESQL generator is called the Database Bridge, also known as EasyDB.
It's an add-on product to the development system and is only needed during development.
When installing on Windows, Linux, or MacOS, check or select the option for "isCOBOL Database Bridge" to install the product along with the compiler and runtime.
